Patten Making

Our in-house pattern makers develop digital patterns from sketches and photos with specs or existing patterns and even existing garments you would like to tweak to create a new style.

Pattern Grading

While maintaining the product shape, fit and balance, we make the grading starting from a pattern block (cardboard, paper or file) or sloper to obtain the full range of sizes.

Marker Making

Increased efficiency of fabric consumption is achieved by optimal positioning of pattern pieces on cutting lays. The saving by streamlining consumption often covers the cost of this service.

Pattern Digitizing

Thanks to digitizing, we convert paper or cardboard patterns into digital data for use with the CAD systems for drafting, grading and markers making or the creation of a digital library of sewing patterns.

Printing Services

For sampling or production in factories or workshops from Romania or Bulgaria, we provide printing services on various formats up to 1.8 m wide, on normal paper or self adhesive-paper.

Outsourcing

We manage the most important PLM stages of the items within the collection or entire collection.Thus everyone can see the latest version of a product, know when it's been modified or if it's been dropped from the line, avoiding manufacturing errors and improving product quality.
